Once your return request is confirmed, it may take up to 7 days to process the return and verify that the items are in acceptable condition. If the items do not meet the required conditions, the return request will be rejected. If the return is accepted, you will receive a refund.
Cancellation Requests: Same-day cancellations are possible only for orders that have not yet been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, cancellations may no longer be possible.
